This is software that allows for you to search for houses with unlimited search criteria. This really narrows down your choices and makes choosing the right home for you that much easier. It also eliminates the hassle of searching MLS® each day to see which new listings are on the market and which ones have sold.

You can request criteria such as lot size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and even choose the school that is closest by. This search will be emailed to you on a regular basis and it will constantly update new listings and tell you which ones have sold.
